Orders and returns
In order to provide the best online shopping experience possible for our loyal customers,
we believe that our customers’ satisfaction is our priority. So if you are unhappy
with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it without a hassle.
All returns must meet our criteria, so please read our full Return Policy carefully.
Returning an Item:
Please contact Customer Service as soon as you decide to return an item. A Customer
Representative will promptly email you a return label and will specify whether Smartoners
will cover the cost of shipping or not. You can then return the product but it must
include a copy of the original invoice.
Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy.
Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers
packaging, materials, and accessories.
Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box. Do not write
or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Return Policy
For the first 30 days after your purchase your product you may return merchandise
for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply contact Customer
Service to process your return.
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all
original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction
booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.
The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer
shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's
packaging.
Securely package the product and include the filled out Return Merchandise Form
and a copy of the original invoice.
Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect
shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
If the customer wishes to return an item because the item has arrived defective
or damaged, Smartoners will cover the freight fee of the returned item. If a customer
wishes to return an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the
freight fee. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not
refundable.
Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund
to be processed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
